Bio
As part of CBRE Capital Markets, Andrew Jaworski focuses on the sale of triple-net (NNN) leased retail properties and small strips throughout the Orlando metro. Mr. Jaworski advises franchisees, private equity firms, developers and corporate users regarding all facets of net-leased properties. Carrying a primary focus on site-selection and sale-leaseback projects throughout the nation, the team assists their clients with utilizing equity pent up within their hard-assets to drive further expansion of their brands.
Mr. Jaworski joined CBRE from Marcus & Millichap’s Net Lease group, where he structured sale-leaseback transactions, blend and extends along with site-selection projects for quick-service restaurants, automotive retail, and financial services, working with franchisees and corporations to help grow their footprint in Florida and throughout the nation. He began his career with Marcus & Millichap as an intern during his final year at Rollins College while pursuing his Master's In Healthcare Administration. Throughout this time, he began studying the net-leased marketplace and growth trends throughout the Southeastern United States. Upon graduation, he expanded his research to other major counties throughout Florida. Mr. Jaworski has since expanded his reach, spanning back to his roots in New York, where he travels frequently, building relationships with NNN buyers, sellers and developers.
