Andrew joined CBRE in 2015 with over 18 years of experience in representing corporate tenants on a global, national and regional basis. He provides an all-encompassing strategic approach to his clients' real estate needs. By implementing innovative, cost-cutting strategies while providing needed flexibility for future business initiatives, Andrew ensures that his clients' occupancy solutions meet both their short-term and long-term operational needs. Andrew's areas of expertise include corporate real estate portfolio optimization, corporate lease acquisitions, lease restructuring, purchase acquisition, excess real estate disposition, creative finance strategies, municipal incentives, labor analytics and overall real estate implications on the corporate balance sheet. Throughout his career, Andrew has represented a myriad of companies across a variety of industries in fulfilling their office, industrial and R&D requirements. In the Life Sciences, Medical Device and Biotechnology sectors, some of Andrew's current and past clients include Abbott, Vertex Pharmaceuticals, Exact Sciences, Janssen and Smith + Nephew to name a few. Prior to joining CBRE, Andrew was with Savills Studley for nearly a decade. Prior to his career there, Andrew worked in senior positions for the San Diego office of Equis, specializing in corporate tenant representation. Before entering the commercial real estate industry, Andrew played professional hockey with the Kalamazoo (Michigan) Wings. Andrew is also actively involved with the San Diego Chapter of the Juvenile Diabetes Research Foundation (JDRF) as a Board Member. He has chaired multiple committees over the years for the annual JDRF Gala, generating over $1 Million each year for Type 1 Diabetes research grants, many of which directly impact the San Diego Life Sciences, Medical Device and Biotechnology industries.
