Based in Seattle, Andrew Hitchcock is a highly specialized real estate advisor with expertise in the acquisition and disposition of logistics, warehouse and headquarters facilities for corporate clients throughout the United States. Andrew and his team have extensive experience in site selection, incentives negotiation, logistical location analysis, transaction management and financial analysis—equipped to serve any need of their clients.
Andrew recognizes each client requires a unique solution or strategy, therefore he approaches each project as such. Drawing on his two decades of experience, he identifies key initiatives, assesses the goals of his clients, and utilizes his reputation and relationships to deliver optimal results.
Since joining CBRE in 2012, Andrew has consistently been the top Industrial broker in the region and in 2018 was the top broker of any sector for CBRE in the Northwest. His previous clients have included well-known firms such as: Starbucks, Kimberley Clark, Alaska Airlines, Thyssenkrupp Aerospace, Amerisource Bergen, Brooks Sports and Electrolux North America, to name a few.
Prior to joining CBRE, Andrew was recognized as the #1 broker for Grubb & Ellis in the region, as well as a Top-10 Producer and Rookie of the Year while at Colliers International.
