Bio
Andrew Hegmann joined Fischer in May 2010 as an associate at Fischer. He quickly climbed the ranks in the organization and was one of the youngest to be named Senior Vice President in company history. Mr. Hegmann is part of the account leadership team for some of Fischer’s top client accounts and is exceptionally skilled at providing clients with strategic occupancy solutions across their portfolios. During his tenure at Fischer Mr. Hegmann has successfully overseen the completion of 1,000+ real estate transactions valued at over $700 million. Since 2016 he has assisted one of his logistics clients with an expansion into 42 new markets, allowing them to better service their national customer base. One of those expansions included a challenging $18.5 million purchase with a 13-day due diligence and close in one of the tightest markets in the country. During Hurricane Harvey in 2017, Mr. Hegmann was tapped by another client to help with getting a 300-seat FEMA call center up and running within 30 days. Working under pressure and tight timelines is something he is accustomed to and he thoroughly enjoys the challenge. In addition to his real estate expertise, Mr. Hegmann has also assisted clients with obtaining state and local incentives. Most notably he was able to secure $32 million in incentives for an office build-to-suit project in 2022. He has a deep understanding of incentives process and has been extremely effective in strategizing ways to maximize incentive offers.
