Andrew Finkelstein has been in the commercial real estate industry for the past six years since joining David S. Brown Enterprises, LTD’s brokerage division in the fall of 2004. He has been involved in the leasing of a wide range or projects including office, retail, mixed-use and industrial real estate throughout Metropolitan Baltimore. His experience includes both landlord and tenant representation and construction management.
Andrew has represented numerous Landlords and Tenants, including David S. Brown Enterprises, LTD, General Growth Properties, and A&R Development. His experience over the past 6 years has provided him with extensive knowledge of the leasing and sale process from thorough market surveys and site selection, to comprehensive lease and sale negotiations, through to the completion of tenant improvements and construction of Premises. Andrew will be expanding upon his previous role at David S. Brown to include regional retail brokerage in Maryland, D.C., and Virginia representing both regional and national tenants, as well as continuing to represent landlords and office/retail tenants locally.
Andrew is involved in the Baltimore Community, donating his time to The Associated and the Big Brother program. He is also a member of ICSC, NAIOP, and is President of his neighborhood association. Andrew holds a 2004 Bachelor of Arts degree from the University of Pennsylvania in Philadelphia, and was a McDonogh Class of 1999 graduate. He has also worked for Salomon Smith Barney, Ace Uniform Services, and HBF Architects Plus.
