Andrew Ellis is a former Managing Partner and Executive Management Board Member of Sanderson Weatherall. Andrew joined the Practice in 1989 following experience in the private and public sector. Qualifying as a Chartered Surveyor in 1991, for many years Andrew has advised clients on the valuation, acquisition, letting and management of commercial property. He also has considerable experience in the sale of land and buildings for residential and commercial development, often on conditional contracts and with overage/clawback provisions. Andrew regularly takes expert witness appointments for Court involving complex valuation issues. These skills are also utilised in assessing the viability of large development schemes for clients. The corporate occupier work Andrew and his Team undertake is tailored to meet individual circumstances but ranges from a single instruction through to a comprehensive outsourcing of a range of disciplines to a bespoke team which Andrew then manages. Previously this has included two projects to dispose of 350 and 250 properties respectively.
