Andrew Chilgren is a Financial Analyst with the Miami-based Capital Markets Institutional Properties team, a division of CBRE’s Investment Properties Group that focuses on institutional clients and transactions. Mr. Chilgren focuses on the financial analysis, underwriting and preparation of marketing materials for the sale and financing of institutional-quality investment properties. Since joining the team in 2013, Mr. Chilgren has participated in over $3.2 billion of capital placements.
Prior to joining CBRE, Mr. Chilgren worked with Morgan Joseph TriArtisan in their Miami-based Healthcare Investment Banking Division with a focus on M&A Advisory. In his roll at Morgan Joseph, Mr. Chilgren assisted with the analysis of South Florida based healthcare companies ranging from $50 to $500 million in value.
