Mr. Bulson is a Senior Development Manager at Ketone Partners. Drew is responsible for sustaining and growing Ketone’s Real Estate Advisory, Real Estate Portfolio and Development Platforms. Prior to joining Ketone Partners, Mr. Bulson was an Industrial Broker at a privately held real estate brokerage. He was responsible for assisting Clients in acquisitions, dispositions and leasing solutions for private companies, owners, REITs and industrial developers across the Greater Chicagoland Industrial Market.
Drew has over four years of experience in industrial real estate brokerage. Over the course of his career, Drew has closed over 80 transactions in 2.9 million square feet of industrial space with a transaction value of over $95 Million.
Mr. Bulson earned a Bachelor of Arts in Business Management from Hope College.
