Bio
Andrew joined Strettons as Director of Auctions in January 2019. He has worked in the property industry for 22 years, with the last 16 years in property auctions. Andrew was previously Managing Director for a large national auctioneer and has held senior positions at three other top 10 auction houses.
During his career, Andrew has conducted over 300 auctions and during that time has sold in excess of £1BN of property from the rostrum. He has acted for a number of banks, building societies, LPA receivers, insolvency practitioners, asset managers, local authorities and NGOs in the disposal of large residential and commercial portfolios and high value distressed assets.
Away from the office Andrew enjoys playing rugby, cricket and golf (each with varying degrees of ineptitude), cooking and spending time with his wife and two sons. Andrew doesn’t like football; being a supporter of Newcastle United.
