Andrew has monitored over 1,350 real estate acquisitions from initiation to closing as a managing real estate broker with total volume in excess of 227,600,000 and 55,500,000+ in personal acquisition volume in both commercial, multifamily & residential real estate, working with experienced investors, builders, & developers. Over the last 8 years Andrew has overseen the management & leasing of (220+) investment properties simultaneously. This involves the delegation of management in determining rates, marketing, filling vacancies, handling tenant relations, and overseeing maintenance. Daily operations consist of consulting clients and identifying purchasing needs to deliver relevant real estate investments, construction project management, reviewing final real estate settlement statements before closing transactions, and maintaining awareness of current real estate regulations, local zoning, and growth possibilities of our working area.
