Andrew Berk, a native of Los Angeles, has been practicing real estate since 1994. Andrew joined legacy firm Ramsey-Shilling Commercial Real Estate as an Associate in 2002, and quickly propelled to Vice President by establishing himself with Landlords and Tenants, Sellers and Buyers in the Central and North Los Angeles locales from Pasadena and San Gabriel Valley to Burbank, Glendale, the San Fernando Valley and central Los Angeles. Ramsey-Shilling became Avison Young (North Los Angeles office) in early 2012, a company that has seen spectacular growth with over 5,500 real estate professionals in over 120 offices across the US, Canada, Mexico, Europe and Asia. Now as a Principal of the firm, he specializes in representation of small to medium size companies, and has developed a broad and devoted client base over his years in the industry.
With a degree in Psychology from the University of Colorado, Andrew maintains his business acumen with a strong connection to the community and an insistence on giving back. He has served on the Board of the South Pasadena Educational Foundation, the Superintendent’s Real Property Advisory Committee, The South Pasadena Chamber of Commerce (Chairman of the Board), and recently served as the Business Director of the Eagle Rock Neighborhood Council. Owning, managing, and maintaining his own commercial property, Andrew is keenly aware of both the rewards and challenges that Landlords address.
