With almost ten years in commercial property, Andrew who was originally a history graduate, joined Nolan Redshaw in 2008, after completing a Post-Graduate Diploma in Surveying at Reading University - College of Estate Management. Andrew qualified as a Chartered Surveyor in April 2013. A Registered Valuer with the Royal Institution of Chartered Surveyors, he undertakes commercial property valuations for a wide variety of purposes, including taxation, loan security, pension fund and litigation.
Alongside valuations, he also carries out a wide range of professional work for a broad spectrum of clients, including lease renewals, rent reviews and development appraisals, as well as providing investment advice on a variety of commercial properties to a number of private and corporate clients throughout the UK
