Andrew Ackerman is an office leasing specialist that focuses on landlord representation, negotiations, marketing, and market analysis. His current leasing portfolio is approximately 2.5 million SF of office space in Broward County. Prior to assuming his current role, Mr. Ackerman was involved with CBRE’s Private Client Group in Fort Lauderdale, working alongside two of South Florida’s most successful investment brokers. In 2003, Mr. Ackerman joined the Landlord Representative Division of CBRE, and over the last eight years has averaged 60 lease transactions per year over.
