Bio
Andrea Rowe is the Senior Managing Director of Development for Mill Creek’s South Florida division. Her responsibilities include managing all aspects of the development process, from site acquisition through design, entitlements, financing, and disposition of assets.
Ms. Rowe joined Mill Creek as a Development Associate in 2013. Prior to joining Mill Creek, Ms. Rowe served as Developer and Project Manager for Biscayne Housing Group, Jonathan Rose Companies, and Carlisle Development Group. Since 2004, Ms. Rowe has developed and financed over 3,000 affordable and market rate apartment homes throughout Florida and Connecticut. Her experience includes multifamily new construction and rehabilitation, historic preservation, and asset repositioning.
Ms. Rowe graduated from the University of Michigan with a Bachelor of Arts in Economics and holds a Master of Business Administration from the University of Florida. She is a LEED BD+C accredited professional.
