Anders Klein is a Research Director at Savills where he brings more than 20 years of experience across commercial real estate research and data analytics, specializing in business information services, economic research, and market and trend analysis. Prior to joining Savills, Anders began his career at CoStar Group, Inc. in Bethesda, MD as a research analyst in which he successfully created and implemented new research procedures to retain competitive advantage. In 2001, Anders joined CARMA International in Washington D.C. as the senior media analyst for 14 years where he produced qualitative analyses across several industries to assess quantitative trends, evaluate problem areas, and identify competitive strengths to help clients develop more effective strategies.
