Ana Barcelo is Principal and Broker at NuList Advisors, a specialty Real Estate company with a focus on Urban/High Street Retail Landlord & Tenant Representation throughout South Florida in Primary Markets.
She was previously the First Vice President with CBRE’s Retail Advisory Group in Miami, Florida. With 20 years of experience, she has completed more than $700 million dollars in South Florida real estate transactions. Her strong knowledge of the local landscape and flair, along with her impressive work ethic, has allowed her to establish herself as one of the leading specialists in the South Florida retail leasing marketing.
Ana’s focus on market roll-outs, strategic growth, site selection management, and lease negotiations allowed her to represent a diverse array of tenants. Her current and former clients include restaurants, retailers, and fitness concepts. Those companies include Burger Fi, CenterState Bank, Legacy Fit, The Collective, Sweet Paris Creperie,
Innovative Dining Group, Morays Jewelers, Alo Diamonds, Salt Life Food Shack and many more. Ana has long-standing community connections and extensive experience working closely with some of the leading land developers and property owners in South Florida.
This includes work in ground-up development, storefront leasing, high-street retail, mixed-use developments, and grocery anchored shopping centers. She worked closely with the landlords through out all phases of the retail development lifecycle from inception to completion. This work entailed building design, pro forma analysis, tenant mix, market analysis, and lease negotiations. Her clients include The Related Group of Florida, Codina Partners, Florida East Coast Realty, The Allen Morris Company, Century Homebuilders and Dragonfly Investments. Ana is a graduate of Florida International University & Miami Dade College and a
member of International Council of Shopping Centers (ICSC), a CCIM Candidate (Level101, 103 completed), and a Florida Licensed Real Estate Broker. Prior to joining CBRE in 2017, Ana worked for Koniver Stern Group and the Allen Morris
Company.
