Amy came to Bellingham in 1985 when she attended Western Washington University. Like most people, she was amazed at the beauty of Whatcom County! Being a marathon runner and triathlete, she was drawn to the variety of running and biking trails, not to mention hiking, skiing, lakes, and shorelines to fit anyone’s recreational adventures!
She met her husband, Charly Myers, who was from Bellingham 28 years ago and they’ve lived here ever since. They have 3 grown children, 3 grandsons, and 2 granddaughters. They found Bellingham to be a terrific place to raise their kids and want to keep it a safe and beautiful place for other families as well.
Amy’s father was a civil engineer, developer, and residential builder. She worked in the construction and development industry both on the job and in the office from age 15 through today. Her upbringing has instilled in Amy a very strong work ethic and she will put this to use for you if you are ever in need of buying, selling, or leasing real estate. She knows Whatcom County and the neighborhoods very well. She has extensive knowledge of residential and commercial properties due to owning construction companies and businesses here since 1994. Amy has personally purchased and sold many houses, land, apartment complexes, and businesses so she can relate well to others and help them through the process. Plus, Amy’s 30+ years of experience working with financial lenders, insurance agents, title companies, city and county planning and development departments, and many other public use departments will come in handy as well.
