Amy Holter, a partner at Anchor Associates, joined the company in 1996 as a leasing and dispositions specialist. She has developed solid relationships with institutional, corporate and local owners such as National Amusements, Dick’s Sporting Goods, North American Properties, Inland Real Estate Corporation, Kroger, Developers Diversified Realty, Phillips Edison & Company, National Retail Properties, Neyer Properties, Kimco Realty and Best Buy.
Amy has leased several million square feet of retail space over the past decade and sold over a million square feet of retail space. She has completed transactions with tenants such as Top Golf, CarMax, Fresh Market, Half Price Books, LA Fitness, Pot Belly, Chipotle, MW Tux, Aldi, Vitamin Shoppe, FedEx, Hobby Lobby, Ulta and TJ Maxx.
A graduate of the University of Cincinnati, Amy is an active member of the International Council of Shopping Centers and a licensed realtor in Ohio and Kentucky. She was the past chairman of the Board of Governors of the Commercial Real Estate Council of Greater Cincinnati. She serves on the Executive Board of Directors of Cincinnati Friends of Charity, Inc., which has raised over $550,000 for local charities
