In the Managing Director, Portfolio Management role, Amy focuses on fostering and maintaining client relationships and supervising operations such as active project tracking, policing of best practice/policies/procedures regarding Transaction Management, and data management across multiple global software platforms. Amy’s primary responsibilities include partnering with the Transaction Managers and Account Managers to ensure the highest level of client reporting, scheduling, process implantation, quarterly / year-end reporting and reconciliations. Amy also assists with the onboarding of new Corporate Services clients working to help implement the best practices for project tracking, reporting and assisting in creating Standard Operating Procedures (SOP’s).
Amy’s multi-faceted experience in the real estate industry dates to 2001 and includes experience on both sides of the real estate table. Prior to joining Cushman & Wakefield, Amy was the National Real Estate Facilities Manager for Hudson Highland Group and before joining Hudson worked with Centex and Morrison Homes assisting in Land Acquisition, Closing Coordination and HR functions. During her 20-year tenure in Real Estate, Amy rose through the ranks in the various Real Estate Departments gaining a thorough knowledge of all aspects of residential and commercial real estate. She is also the Tampa team’s trainer in several industry software programs, including CoStar Real Estate Manager (aka Virtual Premise), Daptiv and Prolease.
