Amy Bowser is an Executive Vice President in CBRE’s Mid-Atlantic Brokerage Group. Ms. Bowser represents owners and tenants for sale and lease transactions of commercial office space. She has specialized in the Washington, DC office market for over 24 years and leads one of the DC’s top agency leasing teams. Ms. Bowser is responsible for major exclusive leasing and development advisory projects in the District of Columbia and Virginia and is also active in Tenant Representation in both the leasing and sale of commercial property. She has advised and planned significant transactions for numerous private-sector landlords and tenants.
