Amy Barrett, CCIM serves as Vice President with the Manufactured Housing & RV Group. Since joining Colliers in 2013, Amy has brokered investment sale transactions in several asset classes and, until 2020, focused primarily in the Tampa Bay MSA. With the MHRV Group, Amy provides acquisition and disposition services of stabilized, value add, and development opportunities of manufactured housing & RV communities to clients across the country. An 19-year industry veteran, Amy is a highly-regarded professional within the Florida real estate occupier services and investment markets. She has established a vast network of contacts and provides expert guidance and advisory services to her clients throughout all stages of their ownership cycle.
