As a Senior Transaction Manager for the Newmark Colorado team, Amanda Meldrum works with Jeff Hawks, Doug Andrews, Shane Ozment, Terrance Hunt, and Anna Stevens with a primary focus on large apartment communities in the metro Denver area. Prior to joining Newmark, Amanda worked as a Due Diligence Analyst for Archstone, a national multi-family REIT. Amanda has been directly involved in the due diligence, underwriting and closing of $779 million in multifamily transactions. Amanda was born and raised in Colorado and earned her Bachelor of Science degree at Colorado State University, concentrating in Finance and Real Estate.
