Alyx joined SHOP Houston as a Retail Associate in August of 2019. Her focus is on tenant representation.
Prior to joining SHOP Houston, Alyx worked in architectural and commercial graphics for Fox Marketing Corporation. Alyx used her energy and entrepreneurial spirit to launch Flexmark USA, her own division within the company and the only 3M authorized wholesaler in the Houston market. Through her experiences in architectural and commercial graphics she was exposed to many facets of the retail commercial real estate industry. Her sales background is another critical skill set that transfers well to her career in real estate.
Alyx brings charisma, enthusiasm, and professionalism to SHOP Houston that captured our attention from our very first meeting. She is a tremendous asset to our tenant representation team.
Alyx is the co-founding chair of Young Houstonians of Houston Children’s Charity (YHHCC) and is an active member of Houston Children’s Charity. Outside of the office, Alyx enjoys traveling with her husband and two girls, tennis, and sand volleyball.
