Allyn J. Roe is the Real Estate and Business Development Director for Port of Olympia, assuming his role in 2019. As Director, Allyn is responsible for creating and implementing business development strategies to promote the growth of international and local business. He is responsible for identifying, developing and managing relationships with customers, prospective customers and partners. Allyn works across divisions engaging with and assisting the Marina, Marine Terminal, Real Estate, and Airport in developing, recommending, and implementing business and real estate development strategies. Roe brings the Port a strong background in business development, real estate development, and airport management. Previously, working as Chief Operating Officer at Industrial Park at TransAlta. Allyn also served as Airport Manager of the Chehalis-Centralia Airport for eight years, where he oversaw day-to-day operations and retail marketing. Allyn enjoys spending time with his three children, traveling, flying, and building items – including homes.
