Bio
Allison Wiggs is a Broker at Regency Centers. A graduate of North Carolina State University, she recieved a BA in Communications, Public Relations. She had three years of residential experience prior to switching to commercial real estate in April of 2008. Allison specializes in the leasing of retail properties throughout the southeast.
Allison was born and raised in Wilmington, North Carolina and comes from a family of real estate agents. Her professional affiliations include the International Council of Shopping Centers (ICSC), Triangle Commercial Association of Realtors (TCAR) and a member of the North Carolina Chapter of Certified Commercial Investment Member Institute (NC-CCIM). Allison sits on the Tacquire board and is a member of the TCAR marketing commitee. She is involved in the community through volunteering with the Special Olympics of Wake County and the Lower Cape Fear Hospice. In her free time she enjoys spending time with her family, traveling and playing with her dog Millie.
