Based in Columbus, Ohio, Allison Herrera is a Senior Director and the Midwest Production Head for Walker & Dunlop’s small multifamily lending group. Ms. Herrera brings over 20 years of commercial real estate finance experience to the company and she is responsible for multifamily loan originations, primarily in the Midwest region.
Prior to Walker & Dunlop, Ms. Herrera served as a Loan Production Manager for Sabal Capital Partners, where she arranged and executed multifamily agency and CMBS debt while increasing visibility for the firm’s broker partners. She was previously a Regional Manager for Silver Hill Funding. In this role, Ms. Herrera was responsible for executing small balance loans across all asset classes through a network of commercial mortgage brokers. Prior to this, Ms. Herrera held senior roles at Bayview Financial where she oversaw the Midwest Commercial Real Estate Owned division and FDIC Loss Share commercial loan servicing portfolios.
Ms. Herrera earned a Bachelor of Science in Marketing from Franklin University, where she was a 2006 Recipient of the James E. Kunk Board Chair Scholarship for Academic Achievement.
