Allison was named the 2014 Rookie of the Year by the Manhattan Association of REALTORS and has closed more than $20MM in real estate since starting her career in April 2014.
Allison is a third generation Manhattanite and knows the Manhattan and K-State community well. She grew up in Manhattan and graduated from Kansas State University in 2001 with a Bachelor of Science in Agricultural Economics and a Specialty in Accounting and Finance. She went on to earn a Masters in Nonprofit Management at Regis University in Denver. Allison has a decade of fundraising and marketing experience and worked most recently as the Development Director for Attention Homes, an organization that provides housing and shelter to homeless youth in Boulder, Colo.
In 2013 Allison returned home to Manhattan to raise her family. She has two children, Brooklyn (7) and Easton (5).
Allison is passionate about serving the community. She is the founding co-chair of the Young Trustees of the Greater Manhattan Community Foundation and is a member the Foundation's Community Foundation Awards committee. Additionally, she serves on the boards of the Little Apple Optimist Club and the Manhattan Association of REALTORS. She is a participating member of the Manhattan Rotary Club, the Manhattan Referral Network, the Manhattan Chamber of Commerce and the National, Kansas and Manhattan Associations of REALTORS.
