Bio
Allen specializes in the sale and leasing of Industrial, Retail, Flex and Office/R&D buildings representing landlords, tenants, investors, lenders and developers in Silicon Valley and throughout the greater San Francisco Bay Area.
Allen started his real estate career in 1997 in the mortgage lending industry, having worked at several lending institutions, and prior to joining a very reputable residential and commercial mortgage brokerage firm in San Francisco. He quickly became their youngest partner by spearheading their expansion and lending network throughout Northern California. In opening up their Sacramento offices, Allen was promoted to Vice President and Regional Managing Partner, where he personally closed over 500 transactions while managing and overseeing the firm’s operations during his tenure there.
Allen then expanded on his experience in 2008 by joining Marcus & Millichap in Oakland as an Associate specializing in commercial real estate investment sales as part of their National Office & Industrial Properties Group. There he served private investors, local business owners, developers and financial lending institutions in analyzing and valuating hundreds of properties in all of the major commercial real estate product types along the I-880 corridor from Oakland down to San Jose.
Prior to joining California Partners, Inc., Allen worked at Transwestern and NAI Northern California in San Jose where he focused on acquisitions, dispositions, leasing and investment sales of Industrial, office and retail properties as well as distressed assets in Alameda County, Santa Clara County and the greater San Francisco Bay Area.
