Utilizing the organizational skills and processes developed during his years as an engineering consultant, Allen now utilizes those same skills at OSA Houston while representing his clients in the commercial real estate industry.
Allen began his real estate career in 2002 in the development and construction sectors. With the experience gained from the developer's perspective, Allen is able to ensure his clients the best economics along with the best end product. This experience provides clients the right office space for their current needs while leveraging the space against future market trends. Allen works, hand in hand, with the architect and contractor to deliver his clients a properly designed and configured office space.
When Allen is not working, he enjoys spending time with his family. Allen is married and has two wonderful daughters. He and his family are active members of The Woodlands United Methodist Church. Allen also enjoys s golf, music, reading, the beach and spending time with friends.
