As a native of Southern California and graduate from San Diego State University, Mr. Nunez' professional real estate career is influenced from discipline organizations such as, San Diego Police Department and American Edward Laboratories, a Division of American Hospital Supply. Trained by a Fortune 500 Corporation, Mr. Nunez' business plan for success has been in effect for two decades. Mr. Nunez' basic philosophy includes: maintain a disciplined work schedule, stick to basics, take notes, follow-up, maintain communication and above all, direct energies and ambitions towards servicing the client.
Well beyond his 17th year of service within the industry, Allen has maintained a successful career throughout the 1990's recession and is recognized within the commercial real estate industry as an expert industrial broker within Southern California's Temecula region. Year-to-date achievements include being distinguished among the Top Consistent Achievers within Coldwell Banker Commercial, representing an (annual) average of 500,000 square feet of improved/planned industrial development and approximately 700 acres of unentitled or improved industrial land. Rated among the top brokers within Temecula Valley, Allen has invested and emphasized 100% of his commercial real estate career within this viable region.
In May 1999, Allen further expanded his real estate career and became co-principal, of Coldwell Banker Commercial/Almar Real Estate Group, a franchise of Coldwell Banker Commercial. Almar Real Estate Group is a full-service brokerage firm providing Southern California commercial specialized service throughout four offices; Temecula, North County San Diego, San Diego Central and South Bay Los Angeles.
