Allen Manesh has sold over 165 apartment communities (over 50,000 units) totaling $4.5 billion in the Mid- Atlantic markets. He founded Ideal Realty Group (IRG) in 1976 as a commercial real estate company. In 1996, Allen changed the direction of the company to concentrate exclusively on multifamily apartment investment sales in the Mid-Atlantic.
