Mr. Brown has 40+ years of experience in both office and retail properties. Mr. Brown has specialized in Midtown and Downtown Atlanta and has represented many local, regional, and national tenants such as Chick-fil-A, Drug Emporium, Ethan Allen, and Sports Life. He has leased many large retail strip centers in and around Atlanta, Georgia. Mr. Brown has represented every major bank in Downtown Atlanta, and he represented Trust Co. of Georgia (SunTrust) in the 1990 negotiation of their 425,000 square foot service center lease. Mr. Brown served as the conservation officer for the State of Georgia in the acquisition of the Block South of the Equitable Building for Georgia State University's Helen M. Aderhold Learning Center. Mr. Brown has sold the excess property for Shaw Industries in several locations, as well as surplus properties for several energy companies. Over his 48 year career, Mr. Brown has been responsible for over 2.5 billion dollars in
transactions. Mr. Brown has been qualified as an expert witness by the courts, to testify as to
property values.
