Allen Bell is a seventh-generation Tylerite who never considered working anywhere but Tyler, Texas. He jumped into the real estate business in 1979 after attending the University of Texas in Austin and never looked back. His first task in the commercial real estate business was to finish leasing the office building known as First Place. Today, 37 years later, he still manages that same building as his flagship property in his office building management business. "I guess you could say I am dedicated to the building and its tenants," he says. Allen loves the process of matching people and real estate together. In addition to leasing office space, he has handled hundreds of commercial transactions over the years representing sellers and buyers, landlords and tenants. In addition to his devoted career, he has been very involved in the local community. Allen is currently a member of the National Association of Realtors, Texas Association of Realtors, and the Greater Tyler Association of REALTORS®.
