Mr. Basso is a licensed California Real Estate Broker and a graduate of the University of Southern California’s (USC’s) School of Business Administration. He is an active alumni member of the fraternity of Beta Theta Pi.
Mr. Basso specializes in the representation of landlords and tenants specializing in the leasing and sales of medical and general office space within the South Orange County real estate market. Mr. Basso’s extensive knowledge of the Orange County market is complemented by thorough analysis and marketing skills involving tenant relocation, tenant expansion, lease negotiations, market analysis and property marketing. These qualities, along with a strong work ethic, have enabled him to become a respected presence within the market.
As a Commercial Real Estate Advisor for Lee & Associates, Mr. Basso has represented the interests of multiple landlords, developers and tenants within South Orange County. Mr. Basso currently represents many office projects within South Orange County, including: Questar Construction, Newport Beach - Newport Birch Plaza (15,000 SF), Sanderson J Ray, Rancho Santa Margarita - Shops at El Paseo (10,000 SF), Linco Property Company, Costa Mesa (65,000 SF), Modern Development Company, Costa Mesa (55,000 SF) and Nader Properties, Costa Mesa (61,750 SF).
In the past twenty-four months, Mr. Basso has completed over 38 transactions totaling over 500,000 square feet valued in excess of $50 million dollars.
