Bio
Allan Rothman is a real estate developer managing multiple real estate development projects including market rate commercial and affordable housing developments. He leads the projects by obtaining municipal approvals, acquiring tenants, obtaining financing (bank and government agency funding), contracting with construction firms and consultants, interfacing with architects, creating LLCs, writing and negotiating leases.
Prior to his current position, Allan Rothman was the Chief of Staff and Estate Manager for high net worth family office. He managed large estates and the staffs at multiple locations.
Prior to that, Allan started and operated two businesses. After he renovated three apartment buildings and two houses, he managed those properties for his own portfolio. The other business was a construction business that he used for his own renovations and to renovate properties for others.
He has 18 years of experience in the software and technology industries and has held “C” level executive positions in finance, legal, and real estate. He has been General Counsel and CFO for three different companies.
Rothman has an AB in economics and an MBA in finance from the University of Chicago. He received a JD from Pace University and is a member of the New York State bar.
