Allan has experience in short sales and foreclosure sales. He has vast knowledge of the entire Butte County area, having been raised in Chico and moving to Paradise in 1990 to raise his family. He enjoys the satisfaction of giving the first-time buyer the keys to their new home, and the investor who just obtained another property in their portfolio. Allan collaborates with many sellers to get their homes or properties sold in the most reasonable time and for what the market will pull for them. It is important to be in touch with their local market daily to give the best advice possible to his clients when the time is right to either sell and move up or sell and downsize.
