Bio
Allan has nearly 40 years' experience of the commercial property market and has been a Fellow of the Royal Institution of Chartered Surveyors since 1991.
He is a former member of the Chairman's Panel of the RICS Scotland for Dispute Resolution, Arbitrations and Expert Awards.
Particular interest in development and investment appraisal, where his expertise is highly valued.
In September 2013, after 24 years at Speirs Gumley, he left to set up Lapsley McManus with Jim and Marc.
As a Consultant to the Firm from September 2017, he is looking forward to remaining involved with Lapsley McManus, completing a number of current client projects, providing business development, liaising with clients and providing services to them with Marc on new and existing projects where required.
