Alistair has worked in commercial real estate since emigrating from England in 1996 and has been with CBRE Limited since 2001. Working in partnership Cory Miles, Mac Marcinew, Jayce Rogers and Brandy Chorney, Alistair provides strategic planning, site selection, development consulting and lease negotiation services to the Southern Alberta market.
Consistently a top performer and as the most senior retail leasing agent in the Alberta office, Alistair’s portfolio of work includes many of Canada’s most respected landlords and tenants. Relationship driven and service based, he strives to provide long lasting win-win solutions for his clients. The amount of repeat business generated by Alistair is a testament to the relationships he has formed, founded on integrity and impeccable business acumen.
Working on behalf of landlords, Alistair’s expertise is sought after in the pre-leasing of many quality retail development projects as well as the leasing and remerchandising of existing centres and street front retail.
Leveraging the global capabilities of the CBRE platform, Alistair is an active member and the Calgary representative of the CBRE National Retail Group which provides merchants with the specialized dedication of a core group of like-minded professionals, market-to-market, who are capable of handling the unique needs of a retailers real estate.
