Alisa Belew joined Newmark in 2010 and as Director she specializes in the leasing and sale of commercial properties in Marin and Sonoma counties. She is a dedicated real estate agent with a proven record of producing results for her clients.
Belew has long-standing relationships with both institutional landlords and local ownership groups throughout the North Bay. Belew focuses on collaborative interactions to provide excellent agency service to her clients. She has represented numerous buyers, sellers, lessees and lessors in Sale and Lease transactions throughout her career.
Belew specializes in advising clients through the real estate transaction process including marketing, outreach, contract negotiations, due diligence oversight, and execution during the closing process.
