Alicia Parks is your local REALTOR® who has helped a wide variety of clientele find their dream properties. After graduating with a degree in Marketing and Management from North Georgia College and State University (now the University of North Georgia), Alicia began her career working full-time in customer service for Georgia Power Company. In 1995, Alicia decided to change careers and joined Coldwell Banker as a full-time REALTOR® and quickly became a multi-million-dollar producer within the office.
In 2001, she was offered the opportunity to become a franchise owner for Keller Williams and went on to open Keller Williams Lanier Partners. The business started with a small office in Gainesville but grew to now include two market centers and three business centers serving all of North Georgia including the Lake Lanier and Lake Hartwell areas. Alicia is still actively involved in all the offices both as an investor and as a top producing agent serving clients interested in any and all areas of real estate. In 2005, she even landed in the Top 5 Producers in the State of Georgia for Keller Williams.
Alicia also holds a GRI Certification (Graduate Real Estate Institution), has been designated as a luxury agent, and has consistently been part of the Hall County Board of REALTORS’ Multi-Million Dollar Circle of Excellence. While Alicia has handled transactions dealing with many types of properties such as resales, farms, lake, land lots and investments, she also has a great deal of experience in new construction sales including serving as the Marketing Director of multiple new subdivisions. In addition, she has maintained involvement in the Hall County Board of REALTORS, Hall County Chamber of Commerce, Georgia Association of REALTORS, National Association of REALTORS, Straight Street Ministries, and KW Cares. Outside of work, Alicia enjoys spending time with her husband of 32 years, their son, and her dogs. She also enjoys rooting on their “home teams” like the Atlanta Falcons and Georgia Bulldogs.
