Alice Tanchel is a Managing Director of Trammell Crow Residential, the multifamily development company of Crow Holdings. Alice is actively involved in the predevelopment process, including site selection, market research, proforma development, product design and merchandising, and property positioning in the market for the eastern United States. She establishes strategic objectives for each asset and is responsible for selecting and directing the Management Company to achieve these objectives and financial goals.
Prior to joining TCR in 1997 as Vice President of Property Management, Alice was a Vice President for National Housing Partners, responsible for a portfolio of 41 properties totaling 11,000 units.
