Alice Santos is a full-service commercial and residential Broker at Keller Williams Capital Realty and KW Commercial in Helena, Montana. Though Alice works with residential buyers and sellers, she specializes in commercial real estate, working with investors, buyer-occupants, sellers, and landlord/tenant representation. She has been a licensed real estate agent in Montana since 2006 and holds the respected Certified Commercial Investment Manager (CCIM) designation. Alice has personally been an active investor in real estate since 1998 and currently owns more than 50 commercial and residential rental units. She is experienced working with lenders and owners for conventional and creative financing options. Having recently completed four of her own 1031 tax deferred exchanges, she is well versed in the process and helps her clients navigate through their own exchanges. Alice Santos earned her Master’s degree in environmental science at the University of Montana. She worked in the environmental field as a hazardous waste specialist for more than 20 years. When not doing real estate, Alice is enjoying her family, mountain biking, playing tennis, or cross-country skiing. She also has a passion for all things mid-century modern and is in the process of renovating/remodeling a home to reflect that passion.
