Alex joined Colliers Capital Markets Canada in 2021 and has nearly 15 years of experience in real estate, including leasing brokerage, investment brokerage and financing, development, investment, and property management. He has worked in all Canadian markets as well as in New York for public companies, REITs, pension funds, life insurance companies, and private owners. Alex has worked for several top-tier commercial real estate companies and has been involved in some of Canada’s most high-profile transactions, including a mandate with the Standard Life Canada (Manulife) head office development in Montreal and multiple joint venture partnerships between pension funds and private developers for development projects in multiple asset classes including office, industrial, data centres, residential and retail.
