Alex Shapiro is an Associate Broker with Transwestern specializing in industrial assets. Alex is a dedicated associate on a growing industrial team and is focused on increasing Transwestern’s footprint in the space.
Alex has worked with a wide range of clients including KEC Associates, Harvest Therapeutic Services, GPS Wealth Strategies Group and Source NRG. Alex is especially skilled in understanding individual property owners’ needs and excels in helping them achieve their investment goals.
Prior to joining Transwestern in 2022, Alex began his commercial real estate career in 2020 with Panorama Commercial Group, where he assisted buyers, sellers, landlords, and tenants. While attending the University of Colorado at Boulder, he worked as an intern with CU Real Estate Services to assist their property management and financial analyst teams.
