Bio
Alex started his professional career with North Clybourn Group in 2009 as a leasing agent and sales associate. After transitioning to B2B sales for 5 years, he was recruited back to NCG in 2015 and began working as the lead agent for the NCG sales team, the Biazar Group. Currently, Alex operates as the Vice President of Operations responsible for recruitment, marketing, and management of the sales & leasing teams. He continues to work with both buyers and sellers in addition to overseeing projects exceeding $20 million in sales annually for Biazar Group
Alex has extensive knowledge of the real estate industry, from single unit purchase/resale to large multi-unit new construction development. He is a team player that prides himself on being as accommodating and helpful as possible to both his clients and colleagues. Alex's direct and detailed approach is a product of the methods and techniques that were originally taught to him when he started at NCG. It is that foundation that has allowed him to continually grow and be successful throughout his real estate career.
Currently, Alex resides in West Town with his wife and two childern. Outside of real estate he unwinds by playing a variety of sports - softball, rugby, golf, and jiu-jitsu. He also eats too much Chinese food and likes to listen to '90s, hip hop, and disco music.
