He has contributed to the success of James Campbell Company's Kapolei Harborside Building I development, a Class-A concrete tilt-up warehouse of 102,545 square feet, and assisting with leasing out the upcoming Building II development.
Notable past transactions include the sale of 98-736 Moana Loop, a 2.5-acre site with a 35,000-square-foot building, for $18 million, and the sale of the Anheuser Busch warehouse at 98-877 Iwaena St, a 3.23-acre site with an 88,074-square-foot building, for $3 million.
Alexander holds a Bachelor of Science Degree in Business Administration with a focus on Real Estate from Chapman University, where he excelled as a student-athlete. He is also an alumnus of Punahou School, where he distinguished himself as a Division-1 varsity football and basketball player, contributing to a state championship win in football.
