Alexander Cairns is a new addition to Vancouver’s Office Leasing Team, focusing on the City of Richmond.
Mr. Cairns joined Cushman & Wakefield Ltd. in 2012, working with the industrial research team and coordinating an overhaul of the firm’s owner and tenant mailing lists. Working on these lists across the Lower Mainland, provided Mr. Cairns with a profound knowledge of both ownership structure and tenant profiles.
He has a Real Estate Trading Services License, a Bachelor of Arts & Sciences in Mathematics from Quest University Canada, and is currently working toward a Diploma in Urban Land Economics from the University of British Columbia.
