Prior to joining the firm, Alexander worked for prominent family developers in New York with expertise in acquisitions, dispositions, asset management, leasing and development. He has been directly involved in over $100,000,000 of assets acquired and developed. He brings this experience to a newly formed investment team at NAI Shames Makovsky, partnering with Todd Silverman. The team’s focus is the acquisition and disposition of commercial real estate assets.
