Bio
Alex joined Savills in January of 2005. As a member of the corporate services group, Alex is instrumental in the delivery of strategic and financial consulting services including strategic planning, financial structuring, and demographic analysis. Additionally, Alex’s economics background and extensive knowledge of lease accounting have enabled him to identify and implement lease structures that effectively arbitrage tenant and landlord objectives.
Alex has gained national experience from his work on the Pacific Life, SunGard Recovery Services, and Sempra Energy accounts.
Alex is an active member of the Real Estate Board of New York (REBNY) and an active volunteer within the New York Cares organization.
