Alex Tohidian serves on the Steve Liu Team at NAI Capital Orange County, focusing on Investor and Owner User services throughout Southern California. With over 1,000,000 square feet of commercial property actively represented, Alex and his team work diligently in stabilizing their clients' shopping centers and navigating proper 1031 Exchanges into net lease investments. They combine marketing, analytics, and consistent hard work to achieve the best outcome for their clients. The team also provides Tenant representation services, using a cost-effective approach that focuses on reducing the businesses overall real estate expenses.
Alex was born and raised in Orange County. Prior to being recruited by NAI, he was a Draftsman at an engineering firm in design-to-build for commercial construction. Notable projects included UCI and Providence Health centers, 3PL fulfillment centers, and the best restaurants in Orange County. Alex is grateful to help the same clients, now on the brokerage side. On his off time, Alex enjoys spending his time with family and friends.
